Most electronic patterns available from Feed Dog Designs (and many other designers) are PDF files. This format is designed to be cross-platform, so whether you’re using a PC, Mac, or other type of computer (or a growing number of portable devices!), you should have no trouble viewing and/or printing the file.

    If this free program from Adobe isn’t already installed on your computer, you can get it here. Make sure you’re using the most recent version of Adobe Reader to take full advantage of advanced pattern features.

    Your computer may open PDF files in another program by default; if a pattern doesn’t look right in another program, make sure to try viewing it in Adobe Reader. Feed Dog Designs patterns are tested before release in an up-to-date version of Adobe Reader; your mileage in other programs may vary.
